Meeting with the other SaS people and more!

Hello, it has already been a while since I last spoke to you, and in that time I did a lot of things! I will tell you all about it in this blog:

The valentines-project was so much fun to do! Once again, thank you so much bakkerij Dijkzeul for helping me with this project. Next to that it was so much fun, it was also very successful: I have raised 550 euros!

After the valentines-project, I have reached out to some people and out of them came one new sponsor: BDO! Thank you so much for sponsoring me! BDO is an accountants and advisors company, so if you were looking for one, BDO can help you!

I am starting now with organizing a clean-up. Because I think it is very important to keep this world clean. I want to help to do this myself. Stay tuned for updates about this project.

I will also go on with reaching out to people and companies. Do you know someone who could help me? Then I would love to hear that!

Next to raising money, I have also had the "kennismakingsweekend". What is this? The "Kennismakingsweekend" is a weekend organized by School at Sea to get to know the half of the group. They also give a "taste" of how things work on board. We had to hand our phones in and make our homework one or one and a half our a day. We also had almost the same schedule when it's about sleep and food. Next to doing all this stuff, School at Sea was also watching how I (and the others) operated this weekend.

I am currently waiting for a "reflection" mail, in which I'll get to hear how I am doing it at the moment and if I am ready for a contract. If I sign the contract, I say that I'll have 25.000 euro's ready at 1 July and that I make it this year in school. It doesn't matter if the 25000 is with some financial help from your parents, as long as there is 25000 in total. But I am going for the full amount of course!

There are two moments where I can get a contract offered: now in march or at the end of this school year. To get a contract, I have to meet multiple requirements. At first I have to show enough motivation and I need to work hard on my fund raising. Secondly I need to be doing good in school. The last one is especially difficult, but I am working hard on it! In the mail, I'll hear if I meet these requirements. So stay tuned!
